General Terms and conditions of Sale: The brand LA VIEJA FÁBRICA, including this website and the products sold on it, and Infusiones Susarón Sl, with Spanish Tax Identification Number (NIF) B24276388, which is responsible for the billing of sales on this website and owns the rights with the bank that provides services to the website and enables debit and credit card payments, are owned by GRUPO ÁNGEL CAMACHO, S.L., -(hereinafter, GAC) – (with Spanish Corporate Tax Identification Number (CIF) B41254137), a company with registered offices at Av/ del pilar, 6. 41530 Morón de la frontera – Sevilla, 41530. LA VIEJA FÁBRICA and its online customers establish a commercial relationship through the website www.www.laviejafabrica.com, which deals with the sale of LA VIEJA FÁBRICA products, different varieties of jams and sauces, which appear on the website, being clearly defined in terms of their characteristics and prices.
This includes the cost of shipping. By indicating that they accept the “General Terms and Conditions of Sale” during the purchase process, the customer hereby declares that they understand and accept them. The sale of products is limited to and shall only be possible for Spanish territory, including the Balearic and Canary Islands but excluding Ceuta and Melilla. We hereby inform you that the sales through the LA VIEJA FÁBRICA website will be invoiced under the name of Infusiones Susarón SL (NIF B24276388), a company owned by GAC.

La Vieja Fábrica will not be responsible under any circumstances for any problems that arise either with the bank or the Paypal platform. In event of any such issues, the user should resolve the matter with the 2 aforementioned entities.
3. Prices and Delivery of Orders: All prices for products listed on www.www.laviejafabrica.com are in Euros and include VAT. The customer may request a corresponding invoice which will be sent to the customer once the purchase has been completed. For all enquiries, please contact info@laviejafabrica.com. All shipping costs shall be paid for by the customer and will be automatically calculated based on the postcode entered by the customer on the website. Shipping costs for each region are as follows: €2.99 for mainland Spain, €5.99 for the Balearic Islands and €8.99 for the Canary Islands. GAC will not be held liable for any special import and/or customs duties payable in the Canary Islands. The payment of such duties shall remain the responsibility of the customer. If the customer fails to pay any applicable duties, the order will be returned. Shipping will be FREE for any order to mainland Spain exceeding €25 (excluding shipping). Standard delivery times are 24 – 72 hours: – Between 24 and 48 hours for the Iberian Peninsula. – Between 48 and 72 hours in the Balearic and Canary Islands. We do not deliver to Ceuta and Melilla. Orders placed the day before public holidays, Sundays or extended public holiday periods such as national holidays, will be prepared on the first working day that follows. The company responsible for delivering orders will be Correos Express.
4. Receipt of Orders: The customer will receive their order at the delivery address provided when they made their purchase. In the event that an error is identified in the delivery address, Correos Express will contact the customer to resolve the matter, offering the option of collection from a Correos office. The customer is responsible for collecting any undelivered or undeliverable packages, including in cases where the package was not delivered due to the customer’s absence at the delivery address. In such cases, the courier will leave a “Collection Notice” for the package, which will be available for collection at the nearest office. The recipient of the order should refuse any package that arrives already opened.
5. Returns and Refund Policy: Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of the order, as well as in the event that the package contains products that are in poor condition or do not match what was originally purchased. To return an order, please contact GAC by e-mail at info@laviejafabrica.com and request collection of the package and the subsequent refund of money paid, including shipping costs, using the payment method used for the purchase.
6. Customer Service Policy: The customer should write to info@laviejafabrica.com for any enquiries relating to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. GAC staff will reply to you as quickly as possible.
7. Governing Law and Legal Jurisdiction: Any disputes that may arise between GAC and the end customer shall be settled through due legal process or, where appropriate, by an out-of-court settlement between the two parties.
