Preparation
- Chop the vegetables to taste.
- In a casserole or frying pan, sauté the vegetables with a couple of tablespoons of olive oil along with the shredded duck meat.
- Add a teaspoon of cherry jam.
- Fill the tacos with this filling, the mixed lettuces and an extra teaspoon of jam per taco.
