Preparation

  • Chop the vegetables to taste.
  • In a casserole or frying pan, sauté the vegetables with a couple of tablespoons of olive oil along with the shredded duck meat.
  • Add a teaspoon of cherry jam.
  • Fill the tacos with this filling, the mixed lettuces and an extra teaspoon of jam per taco.
