Grilled peaches with peach jam Zero refined sugar and ricotta

Preparation

  • Wash and dry the peaches. Next, cut them in half.
  • Heat a grill pan over medium heat with a little butter and add a teaspoon of olive oil to prevent it from burning.
  • When the frying pan is very hot, add the peaches, avoiding moving them from their position in order to achieve perfect grill lines.
  • When we see that the peach is done, we remove it, spread with peach jam and serve it together with the ricotta.
  • To decorate, sprinkle with pistachio pieces and a few sprigs of thyme.
