Sweet and sour vegetable and prawn stir-fry with Diet pineapple jam

- N4 teaspoons of pineapple jam La Vieja Fábrica Diet
- N2 medium carrots
- N2 small spring onions
- N½ courgette
- N6 green bean pods
- N1 large clove of garlic
- N1 large slice of ginger
- N100 g shitake mushrooms
- N20 peeled prawns
- N2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- N2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- N1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
- NOlive oil
Preparation
- Cut the peeled vegetables into sticks and strips.
- In a wok over high heat, sauté the prawns in a few tablespoons of olive oil with the ginger and finely chopped garlic.
- Once browned, add the pineapple jam.
- Add the vegetables and sauté.
- Stir and add the soy sauce and vinegar.
- Stir in the sesame seeds, sauté and remove while the vegetables are still crisp.
