Sweet and sour vegetable and prawn stir-fry with Diet pineapple jam

Preparation

  • Cut the peeled vegetables into sticks and strips.
  • In a wok over high heat, sauté the prawns in a few tablespoons of olive oil with the ginger and finely chopped garlic.
  • Once browned, add the pineapple jam.
  • Add the vegetables and sauté.
  • Stir and add the soy sauce and vinegar.
  • Stir in the sesame seeds, sauté and remove while the vegetables are still crisp.
